For safety reasons young children must not be left unattended on either terrace at any time).PARKING There is off-road parking for up to 3 cars on the private drive & in the garage, which incorporates a wet room (see above) & drying area for wetsuits, sailing equipment etc. (Dimensions can be provided on request).OTHER INFORMATION Mostly beautiful oak flooring throughout, with tiles in each of the bathrooms. Oil fired under-floor heating & hot water. Wireless broadband internet available. Strictly no smoking or pets permitted. BBQ coals & firelighters are included. A cleaning service is available on each Monday & Wednesday of a weekly holiday, & is included within the rental. A £750.00 (refundable) security deposit is required when booking this property
